Your Canyon Cooler is covered by a No SH*t guarantee.
What that covers:
- Up to one free replacement cooler, per cooler purchased
- Free Drain plug replacement– 3 times
- Free Latch replacement– 3 times
- Free wheel or handle replacement – 3 times
- Free Strap replacement– 3 times
- Clear evidence of Bear or Shark attack – 1 time
- Products purchased as Boneyard items (B-Stock) will be replaced with another B-Stock item. Due to limited B-Stock inventory, a replacement item could take significant time to become available.
This full replacement warranty is not valid if the product or components have been:
- Used commercially – covered separately.
- Lost, stolen or destroyed beyond recognition
- Damaged through abuse,misuse or neglect
- Damaged in an accident
- Unreasonably used or used for any purpose for which it was not intended
- Repaired or altered in any way from its original configuration
- Damaged due to any other act of nature
We will still discount a replacement cooler at 25% off our current MSRP for any of the above reasons. Shipping and freight charges may apply A copy of a Police report or insurance claim may also be required for lost or stolen products.
Your Canyon Cooler is also guaranteed to be free from manufacturers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for the natural lifetime of the product. This guarantee does not extend beyond the description stated here. The guarantee is not transferable. The owner must present original proof of purchase or have registered their cooler to obtain warranty service.
Normal wear and tear, including dents, warping, delamination, scratches, discoloration, sun damage, and non-sticking graphics are not covered under this guarantee. Loss of parts, ice retention, or components removed from the product are not covered. Canyon Coolers is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage resulting from any malfunction. Canyon Coolers reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations. Coolers repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate design changes. Please carefully review the care instructions manual for the proper use and care of your Canyon Cooler product. Soft Coolers do require silicone lubrication of the zipper with each use.
Damaged products must be returned directly to Canyon Coolers in its original box or adequate packaging, freight pre-paid at customer’s expense. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt and the return authorization number with the product.
Your Canyon Cooler is also guaranteed to be free from manufacturers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for one year. This guarantee includes 3 years of free parts to include latches, drain plugs, feet, hinge pins, seal and handles. This guarantee does not extend beyond the description stated here. If the guarantee applies, Canyon Coolers shall either repair the product or component or provide you with one replacement product or component if it proves defective under the terms of this warranty within the lifetime of the original purchaser. The guarantee is not transferable.
Warranty Outside of the Lower 48 US States:
Please note that Canyon Coolers does not ship outside of the lower 48 US States. If you purchase a cooler outside of this territory, customers must provide a package forwarder with a US address for Canyon Coolers to ship to in order to process their warranty. Shipping and fees charged by the forwarder will be the responsibility of the customer.
