Canyon offers free FedEx shipping on qualified orders over $50. Valid in the contiguous United States only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii.


SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We make every effort to get your orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed by 2:00 PM MST typically ship the same business day. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by FedEx. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
Canyon and FedEx will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2018. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

New Year's Day: January 1
Easter: March 31-April 1
Memorial Day: May 28
Independence Day: July 4
Labor Day: September 1-3
Thanksgiving: November 22-23
Christmas: December 22-25
New Year's Eve: December 30-31


CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
Canyon uses FedEx Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Canyon products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.


DETAILS OF THE CANYON RETURN POLICY
You can return your item(s) purchased from CanyonCoolers.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. Canyon does not offer store credit or gift cards. Canyon does not accept returns on items purchased outside of CanyonCoolers.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of CanyonCoolers.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.
