Canyon offers free FedEx shipping on qualified orders over $50. Valid in the Lower 48 United States only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping excludes oversized items, including the 222, for which a $50 shipping fee applies. Shipping for orders under $50 incurs a $4.99 flat rate.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We try to get your orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed by 2:00 PM MST typically ship the same business day. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by FedEx. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
Canyon uses FedEx Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Canyon products as we are. Newly shipped items deemed defective will be exchanged for an exact replacement when possible, with no fee required.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your Canyon Cooler for a refund within 30 days, less a $20 handling fee. Oversize freight charges will be applied to our 150qt and 222qt cooler for returns ($100 minimum charge). Drinkware and all other items may be returned or exchanged for a flat $8 handling fee. For products purchased from an authorized dealer or outside of the lower 48, their return policy applies — please get in touch with them directly for more information.
Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. Canyon does not accept returns on items purchased outside of CanyonCoolers.com. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. We recommend retaining the return tracking number for your records.
Please contact info@canyoncoolers.com for return authorization and a return label before shipping your item back to Canyon. Canyon will attempt to process your return in 2-3 business days.
