Recipe:
Mom’s Chile Turkey Bake
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
-6 10 inch flour tortillas torn into 1/8 pieces
-21 oz cream of chicken soup
-12 oz evaporated milk
-14 oz diced green chilies
-1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
-1 cup diced, cooked Turkey
Heat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and pour into a well oiled casserole dish or cast iron skillet. Bake for 45 minutes or until top of casserole turns golden brown and is bubbly. Pull from over, let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
