All B-Stock items should be assumed to have freight damage, possibly used at trade shows, and/or customer returns. These items may have significant scratching, custom logos, stickers, dirt, and/or dents. The drain plug may even have a drip. In other words, you MIGHT get a diamond in the rough BUT, a B-Stock cooler should not be expected to win any beauty contests.
All Items are sold “AS IS”. B-Stock items are backed by the same lifetime "Sh!t Happens" warranty, but we do not cover cosmetic issues and any replacement cooler will be made with another B-Stock item.
